14 Day Hassle-Free Returns
If your item was ordered within 14 days, you can receive a full refund. Otherwise, you will receive store credit.
All returned bicycles are subject to a restocking fee.
100 Day Returns
We accept returns of items for store credit that are like-new and in original packaging that have been ordered within 100 days.

1-2 Weeks to Process
From start to finish-line, please give your refund 7-14 days to find its way back to you.
Did your bike arrive damaged?! No need to return your whole bike, just shoot us an email to email@example.com with your PF order number and picture of the damaged parts and we can get those new parts all sent out for you. If professional installation of replacement parts is required, please send us the receipt from the shop and we can reimburse you for the cost to your original form of payment used on the order.
You're responsible for repackaging any items received such that they arrive in the same condition they're received.
All bicycles returned will have a $40 restocking fee deducted from the refund
What items are returnable?
- Like-New items in original packaging that were purchased in the last 100 days.
What items are non-refundable?
- Items marked as final sale.
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value
